What payment methods do you accept?
We accept MasterCard and Visa through our on-line shopping cart, e-checks through PayPal, money orders, checks, and international money orders.
How do I place an order?
There are three ways to place an order: (1) Order on-line using the shopping cart and pay with credit card, (2) send us an email listing the items you would like to purchase and specifying method of payment : e-check through PayPal, check or money order or (3) request an order form be sent to you through the mail and return it with check or money order.
ON-LINE CREDIT CARD ORDERS:
This is the fastest and easiest way to order. Just make your card or gift box selections by using the shopping cart feature on any catalogue page. Catologue pages are found by clicking on the photos. On the Gift Boxes page, click on the Buy link under the gift box name of your choice. Use Visa or MasterCard safely with our secure ecommerce technology.
E-CHECKS THROUGH PAYPAL:
Simply email your order, including your wish to pay with an e-check through PayPal. Please order by card number and/or gift box number. We will send you a return email giving you the total and payment instructions for using PayPal. PLEASE DO NOT USE THE ON-LINE SHOPPING CART IF YOU ARE PAYING WITH AN E-CHECK THROUGH PAYPAL.
E-MAIL ORDERS:
We welcome your E-mail order. Order by card number and/or gift box number. Once we receive your order, we will calculate the total for you and E-mail it to you. Your order will be shipped once your check or money order is received. Please mail payment to Life Image at P.O. Box 22171, Robbinsdale, MN 55422. Click on "Order Now" or
"Contact Us" to place your E-mail order.
MAIL ORDER:
At your request we will mail an Order Form to you. Once completed, simply return the form with check or money order to P.O. Box 22171, Robbinsdale, MN 55422. Your order will be shipped once the payment and form are received.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
International orders must be placed through E-mail. Our shopping cart does not currently accept international orders. We accept International Money Orders. Once your E-mail order is received we will E-mail the total (including shipping) to you. We will ship your order upon receipt of payment.
Is it safe to shop and use my credit card on your site?
Yes! The Life Image shopping cart uses "secure socket layer" (SSL) software which is the best software available for secure e-commerce business. Your personal information, including your credit card number, is encrypted when being sent across the internet to our server. This means the letters and numbers you enter are scrambled, thus making it impossible for anyone to intercept your personal information. So please be assured your order is safe and secure when shopping on-line at this site.
What size are the cards?
The size of all cards is 5 inches by 7 inches. Life Image also accepts custom orders for enlargements and special commissions are also available.
What color are the cards?
All cards are white with a thin black line around the photo. Cards are printed on premium recycled paper with soybean based inks. Each card comes with a matching envelope.
How are the cards packaged?
Each single card (with envelope) is placed in a protective cellophane-like bag. Cards purchased in gift boxes are not placed in bags.
What does the gift box look like?
The gift box has a white cardboard bottom and clear view-top lid. You may want to click on the Photo Cards link to actually see a picture of a gift box.
Is there a minimum order?
No, there is no minimum.
What are your shipping rates?
For U.S. orders totaling $1 to $24.99 the shipping fee is $3.85. For all U.S. orders of
$25 or more shipping is FREE. Note: International and wholesale orders will be notified
of shipping fees during the ordering process.
How will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail for 2 to 3 day delivery.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are shipped within three days. Add 2 to 3 days for Priority Mail and it will take approximately one week for you to receive your order.
Can I choose any combination of cards for a gift box?
Yes. You may choose any 8-12 single cards for each gift box (or 16, 24, etc.). As you add your item to the cart, select "Gift Box" from the drop-down menu for Card Packaging preference. For E-mail orders, simply list the 8-12 cards by their number and state that you want them in a gift box. The same instructions apply to mail orders.
Do you offer wholesale prices to retailers?
Yes. Retailers are welcome to E-mail us through the Contact Us link to request wholesale pricing information.
Can I return my cards for exchange, replacement or refund?
Yes. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return an item for refund, exchange or replacement (if damaged from shipping) within 30 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. When you return an item, follow the instructions on the packing slip, and most importantly, please indicate the reason for the return and whether you want an exchange, refund or replacement. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order with a credit card your refund will appear on your billing statement. If you paid by check or money order your refund will be in the form of a check from Life Image, LLC.
